The Founder Story

With over 25 years in investment banking, I had the privilege of working at some of the largest and most respected firms in the world, such as Bank of America and Deutsche Bank.

Over the course of my career, I managed large teams at the top of these organisations, witnessing firsthand the immense pressures placed on junior bankers entering the industry.

One thing became clear: the need for consistent, reliable, and fast performance from junior team members was critical to the success of any senior member of the team, yet often challenging to maintain. Junior bankers, while talented, driven and eager to help, were susceptible to burnout, errors, and the limitations of human capacity.

The Inspiration Behind Falconium

Inspired by the latest developments in artificial intelligence, I began exploring how these tools could enhance and even emulate the performance of some of the best juniors in the world. With the current AI capabilities available, I believe we can create a solution that delivers the same level of dedication, precision, and speed as a top-performing human - without the limitations and complications that we humans have.
